Mid-Wall GLS
Normal mid-wall GLS is ≥ −17% (less negative than endocardial GLS). Mid-wall strain is more sensitive for subendocardial ischemia and early HCM. Most vendors report this automatically — check your software version for availability.

DI (SD-TTP) ≥ 34 ms — Standard deviation of TTP across 12 segments; predicts CRT response (PROSPECT trial)
RR assumed: 800 ms (75 bpm). Values scale linearly with actual RR interval.
Note: TTP values are derived from the strain curve model. In clinical practice, measure directly from vendor-generated strain curves.
