V4	5th ICS, midclavicular line	Apex of heart
V5	Same level as V4, anterior axillary line	NOT in 5th ICS
V6	Same level as V4, midaxillary line	NOT in 5th ICS
V4R	5th ICS, RIGHT midclavicular line	Mirror of V4 on right
V7	Same level as V4, posterior axillary line	Continue V4 level around back
V8	Same level as V4, tip of scapula	Inferior angle of left scapula
